Be THAT Girl Coaching, LLC 

Welcome to Be THAT Girl Coaching!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (including all public pages, sales pages, and landing pages), your participation in any coaching programs, courses, challenges, or digital products, and your use of our member portal (collectively, the "Services"). By visiting our website, enrolling in, accessing, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Commitment & Payment Terms 

By selecting a payment agreement, you are committing to pay the full balance of the program agreed upon at the time of enrollment. Please note: this is a contracted coaching agreement, not a month-to-month membership you can cancel at will. Your selected payment agreement is a convenient way to fulfill your full financial commitment, not a pay-as-you-go model.

  • All payments must be completed as agreed, regardless of your level of participation or engagement.
  • No refunds will be made at any time for private programs and coaching containers.
  • If your program includes the option to continue beyond the original term, you will be contacted by email if any action is required on your part to continue.
  • If you wish not to continue after your current term, please submit written notice at least 7 days prior to the end of your agreement.

Your payment obligations under this Section survive any suspension or termination of your access resulting from a violation of these Terms, as described in Section 10 below.

2. Challenge Refund Policy 

If you attend live all 5 days with your camera on and do not feel that you received 10X more value than what you paid for the challenge, email hello@bethatgirlcoaching.com and we will issue you a full refund.

This refund policy is void, and no refund will be issued, if you have violated any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the Scope of Services (Section 3) or Prohibited Conduct (Section 5) provisions below.

3. Scope of Services — No Implied Inclusions 

Your purchase of any program, course, challenge, or coaching container includes only those deliverables, sessions, materials, and access explicitly listed in the applicable program description, order form, or agreement at the time of your enrollment. Nothing in these Terms, in any marketing material, or in the general description of our coaching services should be construed as granting access to:

  • Recordings, notes, or materials from any other client's private or group coaching sessions;
  • Personal or unpublished materials belonging to Emily Judice or any coach, including past coaching call recordings not created for or distributed as part of your specific program;
  • Any content, session, or resource not itemized in your enrollment agreement, regardless of whether it is referenced informally in coaching calls, community spaces, or marketing.

Requests for materials outside the defined scope of your purchase will be declined and do not constitute grounds for a refund or a claim that the Services were not delivered as promised.

4. Content Ownership & Use 

All materials made available through our website, sales and landing pages, coaching containers, and member portal — including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, worksheets, graphics, community posts, proprietary frameworks, page text and copy, images, and portal content — are the intellectual property of Be THAT Girl Coaching, LLC and/or its licensors.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on our website or portal;
  • Share any materials outside of the intended portal or group container;
  • Use content for commercial or training purposes without express written consent;
  • Use any automated means — including bots, scrapers, screen-recording or screen-capture tools used for extraction, or browser extensions — to copy, extract, mine, or archive text, images, or other content from our website or portal; 
  • Use our content, frameworks, or materials, in whole or substantial part, to develop, market, or operate a competing product or service. 

5. Prohibited Conduct & Unauthorized Access 

In addition to the restrictions in Section 4, you agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

  • Attempt to access, or access, any content before it is released to you under our program's scheduled release ("drip") structure, whether by manipulating URLs, exploiting a technical vulnerability, using unauthorized credentials, third-party tools, or any other means;
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, access-control, or content-release feature of our website, portal, or email/automation systems;
  • Access, download, or duplicate a disproportionate volume of portal content in a short period of time in a manner inconsistent with normal, individual use of the program as designed;
  • Share your login credentials with, or access the portal on behalf of, any other person;
  • Use or attempt to use another person's account or access credentials without authorization.

A violation of this Section is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of your access without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to us at law, including recovery of costs associated with investigating and responding to the violation.

6. Use of Participant Submissions & Testimonials 

By participating in any Be THAT Girl Coaching programs, you grant us permission to use your:

  • Written feedback, testimonials, chat messages, emails, texts, social media comments or DMs,
  • Video or voice recordings, and other communications

for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes across social media, email, website content, and trainings.

If you wish to remain anonymous or not have your content used, please email us at hello@bethatgirlcoaching.com and we will honor your request.

7. Confidentiality & Respectful Conduct 

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants. This includes:

  • Not sharing private details, names, or sensitive stories of others outside of the coaching environment.
  • Maintaining respectful, nonjudgmental engagement in all coaching spaces.
  • Any coaching session recordings you are given access to are proprietary and confidential, are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your own program, and may not be copied, downloaded in bulk, redistributed, or used to train, build, or promote any other coaching offer or business. 

8. Non-Circumvention & Protection of Business Interests 

You acknowledge that in the course of participating in our Services, you may gain exposure to confidential business information, proprietary frameworks, and original creative and instructional content developed by Be THAT Girl Coaching, LLC. You agree that you will not use any Confidential Information (defined below) or any content protected under Section 4 to develop, brand, market, or operate a business, offer, or program that is substantially similar to, or derived from, our proprietary frameworks or protected content.

"Confidential Information" includes, without limitation, our coaching methodologies as taught within our programs, internal business strategy shared in coaching spaces, pricing and program structure not otherwise publicly disclosed, and client-specific coaching content.

This Section does not restrict your ability to operate in the same general industry, to coach or serve clients, or to use skills and general knowledge gained through your own effort and experience — it is limited to the unauthorized use of our specific protected content and confidential information.

9. Website Monitoring & Analytics 

We use website analytics and session-recording tools (which may record mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, text selection/highlighting, and page navigation) to understand how visitors use our website and to protect our business, content, and clients. By using our website, you consent to this monitoring. We reserve the right to review this data and to take appropriate action — including restricting access, pursuing legal remedies, or reporting to relevant platforms or authorities — where it indicates unauthorized use of our content, attempted circumvention of these Terms, or other misuse of our website or Services.

10. Breach, Termination & Remedies 

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the portal, community, or any program materials, without refund, if we determine in good faith that you have violated these Terms. Termination of access does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations under Section 1.

Violation of Sections 3, 4, 5, or 8 may cause us harm that cannot be fully remedied by money damages alone, and we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief, in addition to damages and any other remedy available at law, without the necessity of posting a bond.

11. Scheduling, Availability & Time Off 

As a high-touch coaching business with a deep commitment to excellence, Be THAT Girl Coaching reserves the right to take up to two (2) weeks of scheduled time off per calendar year. You will be notified in advance of these breaks, and accommodations will be made as needed to honor the full delivery of your coaching experience.

12. Program Flexibility & Offer Evolution 

We are constantly evolving to serve you better. As such:

  • All program structures, schedules, deliverables, and curriculum are subject to change at any time.
  • Any changes will be communicated clearly in advance when possible.

Our goal is always to enhance the client experience and ensure alignment with the highest level of service and value.

13. General Provisions 

Governing Law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any program-specific enrollment agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Be THAT Girl Coaching, LLC regarding the Services.
